Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.

Mighty Mouse Tracy Talley State Farm is the only insurance company I will use. The people that work there are professional. They always answer the phone. Always spot on with call backs if they do happen to miss your call. Rates are lower than any other that I’ve checked into. They staff is welcoming and kind. Atmosphere of the actual office its self is calm and clean. Overall I’ve had a great experience and have been with State Farm for seven years.
