1 /5 dvezia: Horrible. The girl there now seems to care nothing about her job or acquiring more business. No follow up and at one point let me on hold for 20+ minutes, then came back on the line and peculiarly didn’t say anything. I had to say “hello?” to which she responded like she was on a chill personal call “yeah, give me a second”. Just totally unprofessional, completely doesn’t value a loyal customer’s time or business.

2 /5 Jelani Montsho: I have had a problem with roadside assistance for over a year. I pay for elite roadside assistance. However it does not show on my Allstate app as covered. Instead for over a year it’s ask me to start a trial membership, when I brought this to the attention of my agent, I was told not to worry about it.That was a year ago and I received a letter from Allstate asking me to update my payment information, however my previous payments for the last year still do not show and it keeps asking me to start a trial membership.I tried several times to call my agent and they are to busy to pick up, I called the toll free number and was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for an answer. Only to be transferred to the mobile app department and no one picked up.I paid a lil more at Geico but got much better customer service. I still have not heard from my agent. I think a year is more than enough time. I am going to look into Geico auto and roadside assistance.

1 /5 Michael Anthony: Service has gone completely down hill - this is not the same agency as when we first started with them more than 7 years ago. It used to be that you could always get support and the office was quick to respond and help. Today that service does not exist. Phones are never answered. Emails take days to respond (if at all). Rates increases are insane and there is no outreach from the agent to give a heads up or talk about increases. The only outreach you will get is automated CRM emails to try and sell you more products. We recently cancelled our account - not one single person from the office reached out to ask why. Its because your office does nothing but collect commision from our account and provides zero service.We actually had to use the call center to cancel because the office took almost a week to call back. When we do call we always get the call center. About half the time they help us, other times they transfer us to the wrong office. Save yourself time and money - work with a local insurance broker and see how much you can save by going elsewhere - not just save but get connected with an office that values your business. Shame they ran this office into the ground.

They dont just sell insurance, they call me to check and see if Im doing ok and if theres anything they could do for me. Their quotes are very competitive and with the Corona virus the last 6 months they are giving money back to help with the situation. Thats a 5 star insurance company. Thank you for caring!

1 /5 Monét Williams: Terrible, just the worst - sure they will answer the phone and respond to emails with promises of falling up with you , but youll never hear back from anyone . Policy increased with no explanation . Allstate as a whole was just a terrible experience. I signed up for a policy , and literally 5 mins after pressing submit I wanted to cancel to make changes . The hoops ! You have to call the agency , then submit something in writing . Then they sill didnt cancel the original payment and charged my account for a CANCELLED policy AND the active policy . Then my information was not submitted as to having active insurance and I was charged by my county for not having insurance when I had been with Allstate for over a month ! So much for being in "good hands" . Im going back to Progressive or maybe Ill give Geico a chance .
