1 /5 aqua lincoln: So this company that I borrowed a certain amount from has false information on my credit report. I fell on hard times, so I wasnt able to pay my loan on time my wages ended up getting garnished for the loan. They got more than the long back itself of course they got interest in late fees. They charge me almost additional $3,000 in extra fees that were paid totally off through my garnishment. These people still left the full amount on my credit report have not reported to my report that this amount is paid in full. Theyre still trying to garnish my wages for $700 that I dont owe them. So now I will be filing a lawsuit against them for having false information still reported on my credit report. I have found a complaint against your company. This will get resolved
