Regions Bank - Jefferson (GA)

5 /5 TheKdb326: I visited this branch with my dad to open up an account. Everyone at the branch was extremely friendly and I could tell my dad has been treated well there over the years. Sara was so very helpful in making sure we got the account that best suited my fathers needs. Im so glad he Banks there and I feel so comfortable that they are all looking out for him as a long time customer.

3 /5 Rashell Johnson: Great bank only one problem i have if I need a new card I have to go all the way to Athens to the Regions on Prince Ave. So that is a disadvantage and the parking sucks too. I still love Regions here in Jefferson they just need to do a little bit of upgrading.

5 /5 Jazz1915: My first time going inside this location was yesterday and my experience was great! The front desk banker was polite and I only had to wait a few minutes before being called to the office to be helped. Amanda was my banker and she was so friendly and helpful. She took care of my needs and was even able to help me today when I called her about a question that I had forgotten to ask yesterday. She remembered me and solved my issue right away and seemed happy to be of help. I will definitely be going back to this location the next time I need to go inside the bank.

3 /5 Natalie Rowell: The poor staff members have to deal with mold on the walls, you can smell it as you enter and see it with the bubbling paint. Nobody should have to work in that. The atms never work so you have to park and go into the branch, the staff are so very helpful and understanding of the issues they have to deal with. If you need a replacement card then be prepared to wait a month after your card and replacement card to that go missing. im lacking confidence in Regions however im impressed with the branch staff and how professional they are.
