1 /5 Debbie Gussler: If I could give a zero I would. I refinanced my house to payoff my husbands loan in January. This was the only company that said they didnt receive the check. I called for 3 weeks, finally had to get my mortgage company to issue another check and drove 45 minutes to make sure they got it. They are now holding my refund for 21 days which is ridiculous because its from an escrow account not a personal account. I will never do business here nor will I refer anyone.
