Gabriel Thomas I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they cant explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. Its pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.

The staff we have dealt with has always been very professional, they follow through with monthly updates and payments upon collecting. Went over had a few words with him and made an appointment! Right off the bat I knew I liked him and my husband would too. Hes not only gotten him signed up for Medicare but hooked me up with life insurance PLUS my daughter up with some much needed EXTRA help as well.
