She told me exactly what was needed of me and she patiently waited for me to get everything I needed to get me approved. I needed the assistance far more than she can imagine and for that I will forever be grateful for her customer service. Ive dealt with OneMain about 8 years now and outside of Lisa from the Onley VA branch (shes amazing) I hadnt met anyone more deserving of recognition than Ms. Ava. Matthew Aldrich Needed to look for a tax professional in our area, and looked over a few places. I found ECG Financials on google and felt good with the reviews. At our appointment, the staff and Ella made us feel very comfortable, easy to speak with, and professional. During the sit down with Ella, I got exactly what I came for. An easy person to talk with that gets what I am looking to do. A well managed tax return that suits my needs, not just filling in numbers and moving onto the next one. She has a great vibe about her, that comes off light-hearted, but also very knowledgeable, and as she says "I dont leave any money on the table". Yes Maam, you get it. So yes, we are more than happy to give Ella and ECG Financials a try, and see how it goes. I think we will be happy.

Kathy Burgess I went in on a Friday morning and some assumed I was making a transaction with the tellers when I actually wanted to open an account. After waiting for a few minutes and watching everyone, I was finally asked if I was making a transaction with a teller and I stated that I wanted to open up an account. They were really nice and helpful, I would gladly do it again
