5 /5 P. S. Bush: I really dont know why I am just now writing a review! I could not possibly give Ms. Radonna, Jared, and their team enough stars. I have been with Ms. Radonna since I was a 19 year old college student at Georgia Southern. That was in 1991!!! She and her team have been with me through every stage - from rental insurance for my first apartment, to buying a home in Atlanta and navigating homeowners insurance for the first time, to insuring teen and young adult drivers - and of course, all the cars in between. Moving into the next generation, as my children become adults and move on to their own policies, I know that they will be well taken care of by Jared. Through it all, over a span of almost 25 years, I have never, ever had a confusing, stressful, or negative experience - even when, as an irresponsible 23 year old, I forgot to pay my insurance for several months! I called Ms. Radonna in a panic, and, like a second mom, she walked me through it all and everything was taken care of! They have always handled everything, made every process smooth and easy, and worked to ensure that our coverage is exactly what we need, when we need it, and at the best rates possible. I havent seen Ms. Radonna since I graduated from GSU and left Statesboro in 1995, but I know that if I walked into that office today, it would be like walking into the home of family.
