If youre not interested in a new client with almost $3800. of insurance, so be it!

I have bought my insurance in April.
In just two month on Jun 27 I unexpectedly found on the account web page that my policy was changed! No one has notified me - no calls or emails.
Someone adjusted my policy and they never gave answers why! And I need to pay $200 more!
I sent two emails with questions why?
But received just new proposals with auto!
And both emails without explanation and clarification why they adjusted it!
Im so frustrated!
I didn’t request the auto policy, I would like to know why 3 months later you adjusted my annual policy?
Update: today I received my policy renewal. Allstate raised my policy up on 33%!!! It’s more than 700 dollars.
And discount 1% with claims free. That’s funny.
First quote was 1880 then, after 3 months they raised it on 200 , and now send renewal 2927,71
Worst insurance ever
Jamie Weaver Jon Weinberg is incredible. My mom is dealing with an insurance claim and had so many questions! Jon was very informative, easy to reach and was extremely patient with me. He explained things to me so clearly that I could share them with my 85yr old mother . Highly recommend!
