1 /5 Customer Review: I regret I must write this unfavorable review. However, I have been a loyal customer of Rickie Clements for over 10 years. Over the past couple of years it has been extremely difficult to do business with him and with each passing year it is getting WORSE! His company has a high turn around, NO ONE ever answers the phone and they NEVER return calls. Even if you go to the office, you will not see Rickie or have an opportunity to speak with him. I have tried to overlook this business ethic but its been 5 mos and I have not received my taxes for this year nor have I received feedback on the status of my taxes. This is unacceptable and I will no longer support this Black Owned Business. Great customer service, expertise and communication no longer exist with this company. Dont get your taxes done here. Go to a tax professional that will value you as a customer and appreciate your loyal business.

5 /5 Tara Humphrey: R C Financial Services LLL is a small private owned business. This is not your typical tax office. Rickie has been a part of my family for over 20yrs. We have followed him from the comfort of his home, to a brick and mortar. The services he offers does take a while. He is thorough! Rickie has corrected major mistakes that were made by self prepared or these other institutions most of us have frequented for a fast check turn around. Im not here to change anyones mind about your personal experience with R C Financial. We have had our own. But we would not trust anyone else with our taxes! Rickie stays up to date on the tax laws, he takes his time. its not a simple click of a button. Yes its time consuming and inconvenient to drive an hour away. Hes just one man doing the work of ten. We pray that he can hang on and continue to provide these services.

1 /5 Matt Garcia: I sadly add this review out of frustration. I am in the middle of a job process and my taxes must be up to date. I have not gotten any responses via emails or calls. I need to know if an extension has been submitted or my taxes completed. His service has been fantastic in the past, but like other reviews state they no longer respond.
