John Philter I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! While we ultimately decided not to "remake" the same ring, we came up with a new idea based on some of Abbys current stock. She made my custom sterling silver ring within 2 weeks! She communicated with me during the design process and the purchasing and picking up process was smooth. I am sure that I will be coming back next time I feel like getting a unique, one of a kind piece of jewelry!

They even fixed a loose diamond on my wedding band for free just because I needed it.
