Ashley Smith I started shopping around for our business liability insurance around 9am. I called five other insurance providers , at least, and needed our coverage to be active within the next few days. Another insurance agency located in Jonesboro actually laughed and said there is no way it could go through underwriting in less then a week ( although we have been in business 8 years I already knew that was not true). After a long day of calls and repeating information I got in touch with Falcon around 4pm. I spoke with Grandassa who had an email out to me within in minutes, got back to me in no more then 30 minutes with a great rate and had us covered first thing in the morning. Even as quick as she worked she still paid very close attention to detail to make sure we were covered properly. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and time if I had called Falcon first! I highly recommend them.

Nicole After being loyal to my insurer for over 29 years, I was put in the unexpected and undesirable position of having to select another provider for my vehicle. After due diligence and comparing several quotes, I narrowed it down to State Farm and another company as a "just in case". I was surprised to receive a call from PAREE, that same day, 4th of July! After a friendly and productive conversation, I was sold and knew that this would be MY Insurance Company. Paree even suggested the Defensive Driver online course, to save extra on premiums. Subsequently, I worked with KIRA. Knowledgeable, efficient handling...and the best, most patient friendliest attitude! Now THATS the way Insurance should be (but unfortunately isnt always!!). With Kira, I can be comfortable asking questions and knowing they will be answered efficiently and knowledgeably. By moving to Allstate from the “lizard”, we not only were able to get in person service to resolve our problems, we also received better coverage at a lower cost! We’re glad we went to Allstate!
