1 /5 Ashlie Rae Parker: This owner and business is an absolute joke and embarrassment. I’m a frequent client of Relax and Wax and it seems that the parking is confusing. The entire parking lot next to Relax and Wax is “his” parking. We get it. That is our fault personally, but there is a right and wrong way to handle things. First of all having people in this parking lot makes your business look better because you “business” is always completely empty. Second of all, BOTH of y’all are small businesses, the fact that you’re such a monster about this is a reflection on YOU and the way you run your business. And most importantly THIRD of all, Martin’s wrecker service is supposed to be the one who handles towing for your company. Instead you’ve called a shady independent Tow Truck to wait for Jordanna’s clients to get out with their car on his tow truck and have had them pay $100 CASH to pocket in his and your hands directly to not tow for supposedly $270. I’ve already contacted Martin’s Wrecker Service and this is NOT their truck, OR and employee of theirs. This is highly illegal and SHADY. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. Remember karma is real, and your about to get a heavy dose. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Attached are pictures of the illegal tow truck and him pocketing money to split with the owner.

1 /5 James Wigley: Paid my truck off after paying 275 for a tracking device for peoples financial yo track my truck with. They wanted me to pay them again just to take the tracking device off. Ridiculous.

1 /5 Micah: This was my first time being in this parking lot and I parked in one of their spots not knowing it was reserved for them because the sign is way down on the other side saying they are their spots so it was an honest mistake. Their parking lot monitor aka the receptionist typed up a letter and waited until I went inside to a store next door for an appointment to put a note on my car threatening to tow me next time. I’m not sure why she didn’t come say something to me the 10+ minutes I sat there when she parked next to me. I took the note she kindly took the time of typing up and placed it on her vehicle so she could have it back. When I went to leave she came running out with her hands in the air yelling at me that she should’ve towed me and to not be rude… which she was the one randomly yelling at someone, not me. Which from all the cameras you have in your parking lot you can clearly see her aggressive behavior.

5 /5 cierra crane: Currently financing my 2nd car with Peoples and have not had a bad experience thus far. Staffing is always very friendly and willing to help. They make every step of financing a breeze. Would recommend to anyone.

5 /5 Jodi C.: I am self employed so it is hard for me to qualify for a loan. Im sure my interest is a little higher here, but their customer service makes it worth it. They really care about their clients. Highly recommend!!!
