1 /5 Tara Strickland: I am posting my review again since the last post was deleted. I noticed several others bad reviews were deleted as well. I do not recommend Kyle. You will be highly disappointed. 3 years of nothing.

1 /5 Julie D S.: 2023 I would not recommend Rita Roberts. She was the attorney recently for an estate/probate home sale- we were the buyers of the house. The house should not have been for sale until the estate had at least began probate/estate setup process. I believe her client and us (the buyers) should have been told that a few weeks before finding out we couldnt close, not the week before. The office had the sales contract and our earnest money for almost 2 months before we were told we didnt have a legal contract due to the estate not being set up yet. You cant sell a home as an administrator unless you actually are the administrator and legally have the right to sell it. Her estate client signing as administrator before she was? Not the attorneys fault. The buyer spending money to buy a home that wasnt part of a LEGAL sale? We spent a lot of money for a house we were never had a legal contract to buy and her client, the seller, should have been advised not to be signing all that. I would have appreciated being told my contract wasnt legal somewhere in the beginning of the sale around the time my earnest money check went through her office. We would not have spent all that money on a home purchase without having a legal contract. Ms Roberts told me Id need to consult an attorney about it.
