HORRIBLE experience but when I decided to find other representation, I called and same day I was able to sit down and speak with Ryan. She made my mom and I feel at ease under very stressful circumstances. My mother and I went back today, again a very emotional situation and again Abby with her calm demeanor and supportive personality helped us feel better. My son was in Florida and if they couldn’t do nothing about it , they at least could’ve gave me some portion of my money back. Instead of keep dragging it out.

Keeping it real with me from the beginning, so when we got good news we were beyond excited!
