1 /5 Danielle Owen: I set up a consultation to find out information regarding how to properly settle my dads estate after his death. The attorney we consulted with was, apparently, not the one our case required, so we were told that our information would be forwarded to the proper one. Two weeks went by and we never received a follow up call from the second attorney. As a matter of fact, it took me sending a direct email to the correct attorney to ever get a response. Upon her response, I was upset to find out that the first attorney had given us incorrect information and that we were scheduled with the wrong attorney by a "temp". Needless to say, we will seeking counsel elsewhere as it seems this firm does not have the capacity or effective communication to handle my case.
