1 /5 Susan Bloom: Liz was one of the worst humans I have ever worked with. Not only is she rude and had no idea what she was doing but she also told me that the insurance was $800 and I later found out that it was only $300 after she collected my money. Until she’s gone, I’ll never come back there.

It’s always a problem when you ask questions they have smart remarks and are unwilling to do there job and help you if you don’t understand something they shouldn’t be working in customer service if simple confusion is a problem for them! The lady who works in that office should be fired for how bitchy she is for no reason!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t be mad at me for being confused be mad at yourself for being terrible at explaining when that’s your job!!!!!
