1 /5 Marlo Martin: I had a loan with this place years ago and never had a problem with making my payments or paying it off. I think I even paid it off early. I have tried to apply a few times again with them in the years since but even though all of my credit history shows on-time payments made and no missed payments with any of my lenders, they think they can tell me that I cant budget for the payment. As if I would have applied for this loan if I couldnt pay the monthly payment, given my history. In the end, they always ask if I have more income (as if I wouldnt have told them about it) or if I want to put a cosigner on. Why did you do a hard inquiry on my credit and make it seem like all I had to do was answer a couple more questions with one more phone call if you didnt do your job first and determine whether or not you were going to give me this loan in the first place? And all of this was after playing phone tag with the office because one person who refused to call me back until finally somebody else did. I have finally set a reminder for myself to never apply for a loan here again and if anybody asks me for advice with this place, I will tell them to stay away.
