1 /5 Kenya Riggs: I wish I could give a 0 for inconvenience my life. One main has a 7 day okay satisfaction promise that you can cancel your loan within 7 days. I tried to do this today and pay using my debit card where it clearly says in small print that you can... after talking to a branch rep Cheryl and the branch manager thats not true ? You mean to tell you me youre making a promise to your customers that is not true ? How can they even get away with this.. never getting a loan again.. I took off work to cancel this loan especially after finding out they are liars they only take certified funds. I submitted a complaint to the BBB hopefully it saves someone from this lie theyre feeding people.

1 /5 eva rodney-holloman: Has a past time customer and paying my loans off early I decided to go back to one main, the lady Becky who used to work there was no longer there and it was a group of new faces, Jaycica was sweet and really tried to help, so my car needed an AC belt and I really just wanted that fixed but was told the loan least amount was $3100, I said okay then was told to take the car to the shop and have them send an estimate and once the loan was approved that payment will be sent to the shop and the rest to us, my car has been up there since 5/1/24 and it’s been well we need this and additional information which I understand and with no vehicle found a way to get everything asked for only to be told no we will not be able to do the loan. The thing is now we are stuck with a daily rate of the car sitting there since 5/1/24 and the diagnostic fee! Which we do not have now this is why we were reapplying for the loan! And hearing we are sorry but it’s not our problem just really took me out! We were excellent customers with great paying history and also paying off early twice! Just to get treated like this due to our credit changes! And never mind our history that we have had with company! If you are in a situation please don’t come here they may make your situation worse!
