1 /5 Donata J: Worst experience ever for buying my first home in Georgia!!! Customer service definitely is not the same across the board.

The experience I speak of has absolutely nothing to do with the delays. Things happen! Its the lies, the speaking behind a customer’s back not realizing one person was in the office, its the whispering while two employees looked at me not acknowledging me then after their session of gossiping to say, what property are you here for. Its the final experience that was disappointing the signing of all documents. What should have been an amazing signing like I heard the customers before me have, it wasn’t. The signing was dry, the attorney’s dry congratulations and walk out the room with no handshake or picture with the key… again the experience was horrible. This is my 3rd closing within 2 years I know the excitement that goes behind buying a home. Your office putting a damper to an amazing moment. Regardless of the obstacles to get to the table amazing customer service stumps all that when a company or individual has that as a core value.
Side note: your walls are thin and your employees body language speaks volume.
