I knew I wanted to actually talk and interact with my lawyer throughout the process of my claim and not with a paralegal or whomever the big firms might assign to my case#. From the initial consultation and throughout the process all of my interactions were with him. He was very knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of the workmans comp injury process and dealings with the insurance company, as well as the medical side of things in interactions with my orthopedic doctor.
