The team was very responsive, and our initial meeting answered all of our questions about wills and trusts. Being able to meet via Zoom was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the firm’s clear communication and the helpful videos we could revisit for estate planning information. Overall, we felt supported and well-informed, and we highly recommend this firm.

5 /5 Sandy Jess: This is my third time revising my will (previously using two different attorneys to do so) and now actually creating a trust. I read the reviews and comments from others who had such positive experiences working with the firm. After talking to Dawn Levine initially, I decided to use the firm. I was not personally familiar with creating a trust, but thanks to the instructional videos Dawn created (extremely helpful!!!!!) and the patience of Mia Falcon and the others at the firm with whom I worked, they walked me through the process. Mia was very patient with me, answering an array of questions I had and never made me feel that I was wasting her time or asking "stupid" questions. I am grateful for her calm demeanor and her attention to detail. Even though my situation is personal and feels unique to me, I understand that the firm has developed a formula for walking clients through the process with great patients, understanding and respect. I would not hesitate to refer others to this firm -- I am so grateful for their guidance through this process.

She answered all our questions and helped us through all the details. She made something that really seemed very difficult very easy. The videos that she provide were a great help.
