Velma Jacobs The day i call to get help to Mrs Kathleen Flynn office i felt care and the warm welcome the one who answer the phone was very respectful and very helpful by making me appointment to come in so i can get help with my social security case i was call back to this other nice lady office to start working on helping me i was ask question to get my case started so when the information was wrote down from when the lady office i was in then she said okay Miss Jacobs we got everything we need for right now and if we need anything else we will call and let you know from right then and there I felt I was part of a good family so I want to thank Mrs Kathleen Flynn and her staff for helping me winning my case you all of the best continue to do good work and once again thank you for helping me with everything God bless you all you have a good staff that gets the job done i will always keep yall in my heart if anybody need their social security help I will most definitely send them to yall so thank you again for helping me
