1 /5 Jon Hastings: Closing on a property in Social Circle and was referred to this organization by a friend. Tried 6 means of payment to satisfy the relentless, incompetent and standoffish secretary. Was told after my check was not in their hands after 3 mailing days that I needed to come in and pay. Brought $3,250 cash to make payment. Was told when I walked in, “looks like you just made it we close in ten minutes” Thank you front desk for the warm greeting, I sincerely appreciate it. Pull out $3,250 cash American tender to which I am told, “we don’t accept cash, you will have to go to the gas station before we close in ten minutes and get a money order” I asked to speak to the lawyer about the failure to accept my cash, and why his payment portal doesn’t work, nor was my check in the mail good enough for the next 24 hours. Was not provided a number to reach the lawyer during my exchange there. Another employee came out and said to me they don’t accept cash. I asked if you don’t want my American currency the deal is off. She told me they did not want my deal then, so I left. They then called my realtor to immediately update her and maybe “coach me up”. If there was a no star option I would have selected it. Awful customer service, awful modern approach at accepting payments(No Zelle, no Apple Pay, no Cash App, no Venmo) just leverage and pressure about how valuable their time was, that they didn’t need my business I guess the lawyer who owns the practice and who is charging very high fees doesn’t need to be reached in a time of a deal falling through. Go Dawgs, go honesty, go adapting to modern means of payment. This isn’t 1975 Mr. Weissman, we have modern needs sir!

1 /5 Courtne Gamble: I’m a local realtor and I have closed millions with different Weissman locations and by far this was the most awful, unprofessional experience. Barbie, our coordinator, did not respond to several emails and voice messages regarding the transaction. When the client called about the lack of responsiveness she told them she never got any emails from me. I had to prove to client (by showing her the sent emails) that was a lie. When my client got off the phone with her she then responded to the emails she said she never received. Very unorganized as well. Though the other staff was no problem, I personally will NEVER close with them again. The listing agent had the exact same sentiments as me.
