David C. I have been associated with Douglas Bennett Insurance since 2015. Having experienced repeated hefty premium increases with one of the big name insurers, I called Mr. Bennett in hopes of not only maintaining my specific coverage but also obtaining some relief with annual premiums. Mr. Bennett and his staff were amazing! He spent time with me (locally, face to face) and clearly explained all my options - as well as presented me with some excellent options I didn’t even know existed - all with no pressure sales. Most recently, I did notice a little bit of a premium increase in my auto coverage. I called Mr. Bennett, and he immediately explained the current market trends and thoroughly searched other coverage options - offering me several ways to save money. I did my due diligence and obtained several quotes from other insurance companies on my own - only to find out Mr. Bennett is absolutely the “best deal around”! If you’re tired of faceless, online companies and uneasy as to “who” is really selling you insurance - and whether they’ll be there when you need them, call Mr. Bennett today! I’ve been a customer for 10 years now, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended!

Anne Rheins I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!
