1 /5 Alex Martinez: Worse people around town, don’t ever used them for any policy. I cancel my policy a month ago and is still active, I submit my request by phone by fax in writing, and still active, they charge my account with out my permission. Now they are saying is going to take 2 weeks to get my money back. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes they make. If I could give them a zero star I would without thinking twice.

And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the office and they have gone above and beyond in ever occasion to make sure my family has been satisfied. My husband was hesitant about switching a few years ago since we had the same insurance for quite a while but they have defiantly won him over too and we couldnt be happier. Not to mention being right in the heart of Smyrna has made it so easy to just swing by or call if I have any concerns. Nationwide has for sure been on our side.
