1 /5 Je Gjee: I strongly advise against this firm under any circumstances. They are only available and willing to discuss your claim before you sign the contract. Once they receive payment from the insurance company, they completely disappear. They provide no updates, never call you, or respond to your emails. They have virtual assistants from a call center that filter your calls before they reach your case managers’ voicemails. If you manage to get someone on the phone (either a case manager or the “accounting department”), they are extremely rude and condescending and can’t provide you with any additional information. They always say they will call you when they have more details. Once the claim is finally settled, they inform you that they have to “process the funds,” which are the same funds they have had for 2-3 months. They claim it will take about 30 business days. It does not take 30 business days to process any type of payment on any type of system. I’ve worked in payment processing for 25 years! I wish I had read the reviews before signing with them. I did most of the work on the claim, and the only thing they did was accept the check from the insurance company
