Nathan Tarpley Custody battles can often be messy, mean, and, more often than they should, hurtful towards the child. Luckily I went to Andrew for guidance and help. He was straight forward and told the truth. He told me of his experiences with both the smooth and the not so smooth cases hes had, and had a preference of things going smooth. He told me "I hope that both you and her (the mother) can come to an agreement without coming to court, but if things get bad, I will burn her to the ground." As mean and harsh as that sounds, thats what you want from a lawyer if you truly want to secure your role in your childs life. While things understandably started off rocky, I had the blessing of being able to compromise with the mother without setting myself up for failure. Andrew and his team were able to keep me logical during an emotionally upsetting time. Legal things aside, the team is incredibly professional, and you will always get a response from them in a reasonable time. They were all well worth the money spent. That being said, I genuinely hope I dont have to come back to them, but should things ever turn sour, they will definitely hear from me.

Judy Blankenship From the very beginning, the Law Office of Brad McLelland has been so caring and kind. They have been very responsive to my needs and any time I have ever needed anything or had any questions, not only are they very responsive, they make me feel as if I am their number one priority. I have to say, Justin and Jessie have both taken such great care of me and I cant praise them enough for how much theyve helped me. I am an older person so there are times when I need extra help understanding certain things, but they never have any problem sitting down and explaining things to me in terms that I can understand.
