First, Jeffs communication ethics are incredible. He gets back to me as soon as I send an email or make a call, never a delay! Second, he is very patient and takes time to answer my questions or analyze multiple scenarios until we arrive at a perfect coverage-budget combination. Third, given his extensive experience, Jeff is very knowledgeable in the field, and its been very helpful when considering different insurance carriers. Fortunately we have had very few claims but did suffer a fire at one of our properties which they managed quickly and fairly. They are always responsive and the rates are very competive.
