1 /5 Robert Stong: Stay away unless youre willing to pay exorbitant fees for your retirement accounts. IMO this firm is a thief! Opened two E-Trade Roth IRAs decades ago. My bad investment there was totally my fault, & not that of E-Trade, leaving $200 cash left of $2000 investments in two Roth accounts. As MS took over E-Trade, remaining cash funds were transferred to Charles Schwab and MS charged $75 transfer fee per account. Had thought MS was a responsible firm but this terrible history proves the opposite. Caviat emptor, buyer beware!
