Ken Davidson I began using this Associated Credit Union branch location back in 2017 after relocating to Dawsonville. The credit union that I had for many years through my employer is located out of state, making banking difficult at best. However, with thirty-plus years of banking and the perks included in my current credit union, such as free banking with no fees, I did not want to make a change. In speaking with a customer care representative at my credit union, she asked if I was aware of the "shared branching" opportunities offered at participating member credit unions. I was not, but after entering my new address, she told me about Associated Credit Union, which is a 5-mile drive from my house. I can conduct most of my banking locally, and Associated Credit Union has been amazing. They are helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. They can take care of all of the banking I need, and it is no different than if I were at a branch of my credit union. From ATM transactions to teller banking, they have me covered and all with no fees, unlike so many other places. They have always impressed me on every visit and treated me like a valued customer, just as if I were a member of their bank. I highly recommend Associated Credit Union to anyone looking for banking options in the greater Dawson County area.

Richard Talley I would like to thank Laura Kennon. She is the community manager at Georgias Own Conyers location. Her customer service surpassed all of my expectations. Ive been a member of multiple banks in my 46 years, but I have never received anything close to the special treatment I received from Ms. Kennon. She helped me with my loan so I could purchase the car of my dreams. I saw my car around 2 oclock in Cobb County. Somehow, I ended up on a wild goose chase with another car dealership in Conyers. I already had my paperwork from the dealership in Cobb, but I needed to find a Georgias Own. It was already 3:30. A quick Google search, and there was a Georgias Own less than 5 min away. When I arrived at the bank, I knew I was close to closing for the day, so I figured that it was no way anyone could help me so close to closing. I walked in, and it was your usual Friday bank crowd. A few people are in line, with 1 or 2 people waiting to see someone. I attempted to sign in, but for some reason, I was having an issue. Then I heard, "Can I help you?" I turned around, and it was Ms. Kennon, the bank manager. She invited me into her office, and I began to explain my situation. With a smile, she replied, "I will help you." That she did. I dont know how, but she was more excited about me getting a new car than I was. The time was well after 6:30, and her husband had called a few times, so I was waiting for her to say come back tomorrow and we can finish up the paperwork but she never said it. We engaged in a conversation that felt more like a spiritual journey than a conversation. I can go on and on, but I just wanted to thank Ms. Kennon and the whole Georgias Own family, because this was an amazing experience. She didnt finish the paperwork until around 8 oclock. I am soooo thankful. Georgias Own has been nothing but a blessing for me and my family. I am a real person. Im just sharing my testimony to help others who may be in need of a new bank home or just needed help like I did. I would recommend Georgias Own Credit Union Conyers location to anyone, even if its a little out of the way for you. Its close to an hour away from me, but its well worth the drive just to meet Ms. Kennon. Shes an amazing person. Andrea Papp My checking account was hacked, and Amy set up a new account for me and moved my money. She kept the old account open for incoming deposits so I can get my Social Security deposit changed to the new account. She also advised me to get my iPad cleaned so this doesn’t reoccur. Everyone there is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

K Danielle This is a community/hometown based bank with locations in Ga, FL, and AL. They have wonderful, friendly customer service. Their loan officers are always willing to go the extra mile to help out as much as possible. The banks have a warm inviting atmosphere and everyone is welcome! They offer several options for accounts including student, minor, and senior citizens with great benefits. They have Money Markets, CDs, and IRAs. I highly recommended taking with a CSR about opening an account.
