5 /5 Zet: My experience with Morgan and Morgan is nothing short of amazing. I was fortunate enough to receive Mrs. Carson as my attorney. From that moment on it was like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Mrs. Carson and Mrs. Peters were always willing and able to solve any issues I had extremely quickly. Honestly I could have not made it through my case without them.

5 /5 David Johns: My father passed away four years ago this July 7th and it impacted my family tremendously and left us with many unanswered questions and Morgan and Morgan came to us promising they would fight for my family and find the truths in my Fathers final moments and bring closure.. me and my family could not be more happy with the job they did all the long hours they work all the meetings all the paperwork files records documents it had to go through and scan court hours they kept their promise and prove resolution to what we thought was truth we are very satisfied and appreciate the hard work they done for my family and have been helping understanding transparent and Available throughout the whole process and the healing process has already begun!

5 /5 Mary Bernardoni: Both the attorney (Beverly Carson) and the paralegal (Cherie Peters) were wonderful. The truly cared and went far above and beyond. They were my advocates (and, at times, my therapists!) in the truest sense of the word.They fought for what was right and refused to accept anything less than the best they could get. They responded immediately to my calls, no question went unanswered, and their patience with my numerous questions was unending. I hope i never need an attorney again, but the first (and only) one i will call will be these two ladies. This was a work injury case in the state of GA, one of the worst states for such circumstances - and they still prevailed! We certainly wouldnt be where we are today without their compassion, diligence, and (very) hard work. "Thank you" is not enough to express our gratitude.

2 /5 Tanya: The 2 stars are for Lauren and Thomas. They deserved more stars. The firm itself, and my attorney, Patrick Hinchey, deserve zero stars! I do not recommend them at all!! My case was first given to Seth Diamond in Feb 2023. He did nothing with the case. His assistants didn’t either. When Mr Hinchey started in May of 2023, he was given the case. There were many personnel switches during my case, with several assistants. I’d have to start all over each time because there was no communication with each other. They would not follow through, for example: They were asked by myself and my physical therapy office several times to send the lien agreement as the rehab was already seeing me. After 3 months of therapy, the physical therapist stopped my therapy bc the pain was unbearable. They wanted the Dr to see me and make sure I wasn’t damaging myself further. I requested Mr. Hinchey to pay for the Dr visit bc I could not afford it. If you need to see drs or do therapy, this attorney’s office does not cover costs up front like others do. Now, to the most egregious behavior at this office: Mr. Hinchey is an angry little man! He will yell at you, talk over you, and will NOT fight for you! Even when I announced I was recording our conversation, due to his previous behavior, he couldn’t help himself. He called me a liar, even after I sent him evidence that I wasn’t. He just hadn’t bothered to get all of my medical records before my deposition, and the defense attorney brought up something that was actually an error in my records that had he done his job…we could’ve been prepared with the evidence. Instead, his incompetence caused some of my injuries to be ignored. The defense attorney, Laney Tuten, with Ellis Painter Attorneys, was awesome! I should’ve hired her!! Mr. Hinchey did not ask me any questions or try to clarify anything in the deposition. Mr. Hinchey told me I should accept the very FIRST offer defense sent! Btw…I had been hit from behind by a box truck going full speed while I was at a full stop!! I refused the offer! Same with the next offer…he said I should take it! When the 3rd offer came in, around $11,000 more than the 2nd offer, Mr. Hinchey told me if I didn’t take it, he would quit my case and sue me for his fee! Now, about his fee…He had told me he would ask to have his fee reduced. He didn’t! He also tried to deny he ever said that. He definitely didn’t earn that 40%!!! I felt forced to take a low ball deal! He never spoke to my physical therapist nor my doctor. He rarely even knew what was going on with my case! Everything I’m putting here…I told to him, his team, and the joke of a customer service this firm has!! Speaking of their customer service, any complaints you have are NOT given to a higher up. Nope! They send it directly to the attorney you complained about….AND don’t see why that’s a problem!! It’s laughable!! I finally told Mr. Hinchey I did not want to speak to him again! His assistants, Lauren and Thomas completed my closing. They held $400 for mailing payments to providers, etc. Not sure why they needed that much. I haven’t received any of it back yet. (That wasn’t including the actual amount being sent for the bills that they kept for payment). Mr. Hinchey had only 1 other review online and it was also negative. I reminded him that he makes money off of other people’s pain! He doesn’t care! Save yourself from more trauma and find a different law firm! Ellis Painter’s office seems like a great choice! Laney Tuten fought for her client! More than I can say for Mr Hinchey!

1 /5 JaKayla Lawrence: I chose Morgan & Morgan to represent me after I was cut off by an 18-wheeler on the interstate, one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I trusted them to fight for me, but instead, I was given the runaround for an entire year. They fed me excuse after excuse, claiming there was a "language barrier" with the other driver because they were from Canada. Are you kidding me? A firm of this size couldnt get a translator? That’s just laziness and incompetence. This accident didnt just injure me ,it sent me to a mental institution. I was dealing with trauma, pain, and stress, all while believing my legal team was working on my behalf. Only to be told after a YEAR that they "can’t pursue my case"? Unacceptable. Truly pathetic. I put my trust in Morgan & Morgan, and they completely failed me. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Replying back because I cant reply separately why I want you to refer me to someone else when you couldnt even do the job yourself the first time around Im sharing my experience because the company isnt worth anything my opinion
