1 /5 Travis Bentley: I called the company because I was referred to them from a legal plan I have. The paralegal janel that talked to me was the rudest I have ever talked to. I told her I needed custody of my son fixed and that my legal plan had then as the only ones close to me. She tells me they do custody but not mine. They would have to do a lot of work and they dont do that. Then I asked to talk to her higher and she sent me to Mr Ted Carellas and of course she already told him her side so he wanted to tell me again they dont do my case. I told him I wanted to talk to him because of how rude she was and what she said, he laughed and said he will speak with her while laughing. Then I told him I wouldnt send anyone that way because if her attitude, he then hung up on me. I call back and he wouldnt talk to me and had the secretary tell me they dont do my case and I had to find a different lawyer to handle it. Very unprofessional and wouldnt call them so any legal service.
