The firm itself was great, responsive and helped me understand every question I had, were very patient, informative, compassionate, personable, and effective! When I called I knew I could expect a quick response time. My attorney was really effective but also down to earth and respectful and super approachable, and every other staff and supporting team personnel was highly effective whenever I had any tasks or inquiries I needed their support with. In addition to praising and thanking my attorney Jamal Smith, I additionally want to thank and praise Ashley and Melina. They helped answer ever question I had and helped me accomplish and and all tasks that J needed and were super friendly and helpful as they did, I told them I hope that with the way they went above and beyond supporting me is the unique and particular ways that I needed, that they get an especially boosted pay bonus for their efforts! 5 /5 Natashia Brown: I wrote one review for the Atlanta office but I’m writing another one for the Decatur office because I want to make sure any and everyone in the market for an attorney who is going to take your case seriously can see it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN AND THIS FIRM!!! I was coming from another company that didn’t care about me at all which is what you expect in a situation like an accident in this area where accidents happen every 2.5 minutes. Mr. Day definitely has your best interest at the forefront which I loved! I didn’t feel like a number. I felt genuinely cared for. He did absolutely everything he said he was going to do and I respect it and appreciate it!! I’ll tell anyone I know who has been involved in an accident about him from here on out!!
