2 /5 TJ Chism: Used Mark in early 2023 for an uncontested divorce. Didn’t feel like he had good advice nor really advocated for me. Also felt overcharged for services as he would nickel and dime everything. Ended up being twice as expensive as my ex-wife’s lawyer and he wasn’t even the one who drew up the final documents. Would not recommend.

1 /5 Molly Hall: Please pay attention to the most recent comments - they are all one star. I had a contested divorce and Mr. Mitchell was apparently doing well by his standards to just show up to court that day. He was not prepared for trial, rolled over on everything, and did not fight for me and my children. I demanded my entire file after the proceeding was over and found that he had only a half a page of notes for an entire 4 year process. Takes your money and forgets who you are. Please use someone else.

1 /5 Mell Vell: I went with this lawyer because someone said he was good. I wish I would have kept my original attorney instead. Mark Mitchell gives terrible advice and doesnt return calls or emails. He is too timid and didn’t put up a fight. He doesn’t seem to know the law well either. He will talk a good game at first but doesn’t come through when the rubber meets the road. So sorry I decided to go with him. He will leave you hanging, questions unanswered and things unresolved.
