Angela Kellar Weve been trying to find a new Medicare Agent closer to Toccoa that we actually felt COMFORTABLE with, lo and behold I went to the grocery hstore and there he SAT! Went over had a few words with him and made an appointment! Right off the bat I knew I liked him and my husband would too. Hes not only gotten him signed up for Medicare but hooked me up with life insurance PLUS my daughter up with some much needed EXTRA help as well. Jim and his staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable and weve found our new AGENT! Thanks Jim!

Tammy Chesser The people that work there are friendly and not all business they treat every customer with respect and courtesy. Myself and my daughter Samantha have pawned items in the past and were so afraid we lost it because of financial problems, but they have never put our items on the floor to sell them , Ive wondered sometimes why and its because they have done business with us for years and know that sometimes we all have money problems. So I thank yall so much for all that you all do. Great job guys.
Lexie J Opening account for child. Told to come in any time. Got there and was told no one could help, set up appt. Did that, showed up, told they couldn’t honor the appt since they were short staffed. Banker was rude and offered no reasonable solution. This is not acceptable.
