We moved away from Griffin about 3 months ago and decided to keep our current account with United due to the amazing customer service we have received from them over the years. Since moving, we have had several occasions where we needed assistance and Mrs. Sharon Franks was a lifesaver!! She was extremely helpful and so professional.
