2 /5 kimberly andrade: I went in for a meeting with one of them. I was referred by another lawyer. While I appreciate the specialty. I did find that he came off as unapproachable and it lacked personal touch. It was more of a transaction. Office was a disaster with papers and files on the floor, desk, files that line his office. The front office was clean. However, walking by each room it was very disheveled and stacks of files and even the conference/ back office where we sat down. Immediately alarmed me personally. I do not know how they would serve as your lawyer. Im speaking from look and feel.

1 /5 Nate D: Bad customer service. They dont want office visits. Rude paralegal who is too lazy to actually do her job. Its like communicating with a bad creditor yourself. Not a good fit for Jasper.

1 /5 Krystle Tucker: I would not even gave this company 1 star! I called just to verify a case # with this company. The "Bankruptcy Manger", was very rude off the rip. She talked down to me about situation. And hung up on me! I just called for a case #. Then I called back to talk to a manager she refused to transfer me. Then started off on me again , I told her she didnt need to be rude. She said she was RUDE GET OVER IT. What kind of attorney lets this kind of lady handle there business???
