5 /5 Lauren Sims: I absolutely enjoyed working with this company! They had great communication throughout the whole process even when I thought they forgot about me. Everyone is very consistent throughout and worked very diligently to get me what I deserve from my car accident. They even have a tracker that shows you where you are in the process such as disbursement, treatment, and etc to stay up to date without having to talk to someone. After everything was said and done the team reached out to me in regards to my disbursement and everything was explained clear and they don’t mind questions because I am one to definitely ask lots of questions especially since this is my first time dealing with this. I chose a pickup time to pickup my check and the office was very very nice! They have a fridge dedicated just for guests, coffee, tee, snack bar, fruits/cheeses and even have a variety of stuff in the fridge like different types of milk, water (flavored and regular), and even sodas. The whole set up was nice and appreciate everyone here. If I had ever get into another jam, I will definitely be coming back here!
