The customer service that they have provided me during the last five years has been the best ever. They are very responsive and helpful, that makes me feel that they really care about me and my family. I am so happy that she works in Georgia.

1 /5 Josnelly Aponte: If I could rate zero stars, I would. Worst insurance agency ever. To start, they messed up the VIN # on the policy so we had to pay extra to fix it. Then we had to call the insurance company directly to cancel the policy after 4 attempts with their employees, who didnt follow through (even after showing written proof of requests). A month after the policy was canceled, and we had received the proper refund, we got a letter in the mail from them stating that they could not cancel the policy because it was already canceled. What a joke!

Samantha Sheppard is our agent and she is so awesome that we consider her more of a friend than an agent. I recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance. We have renters, homeowners, and vehicle and have had no issues with any. Samantha and the team truly rock!!!!
