Angela Edwards First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.

First off every 2 weeks is insane they won’t even compromise monthly payments without extra fees.. don’t matter if you make payments faithfully once you behind on a few payments they threaten to repo your car, some reps are cool the others be rude early in the morning

Noah Bearden If you need a mortgage, you CAN NOT get anyone better than Chris and Todd. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you get the house that you want! I have seen them get things done very quickly when other lenders are leaving things falling apart. Save yourself the headache and trust them! They are the best in the business!
