Ive been with them for three (3) years and they increased my rates as follows: up 4.7%, next year up 20.7% and to renew this year... up another 30.7%. You read that right! And I never called for a claim of any kind. Needless to say, I planned to kick them to the curb as they obviously think nothing of their loyal customers.
