You can never speak with the person handling your claim and they will refuse to pay the benefits owed to you through your employer. I have submitted a BBB complaint as a last resort before filing a lawsuit for withholding the paid health benefits.

Sam Adkins Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch. After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday! They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning."
