1 /5 Alyssa L: If I was giving a review specifically based on the kindness of the employees this would be 5 stars. However there are other things to consider. I called 3 times before I had my taxes done by them and asked them how much your refund had to be to qualify for an advance loan. All 3 times I was told at least $1000. I get there and in the middle of having it done I was told at least $1500 or more. Then I took my grandfather in to apply for a loan. They took the application and told him they would let him know the next day. They literally said "if you dont hear from us by 9am call us." We actually waited longer to call and they said we are working on it. We waited 3 hours before we called again because they never called us back. By 4 pm we called them they denied him over a debt he already paid off and had proof hed paid off. They didnt ask him for the proof it was just "Im sorry i cant help you." Okay then it took you all day to tell us this? We needed the money bad. Since it took you HOURS to tell him he was denied, we had to scramble to figure something else out in a very short amount of time. Another day they called asking for my ex...about setting up a home visit. I had to tell her he wasnt there twice and Id already told them he didnt live with me hed used my address for some reason to get the loan. Why after I say "hes not avaliable can I take a message?" Do you say "well is he there?" What did I literally JUST say? When I had my taxes done and found out he used my # and address I told yall he wasnt living with me! But okay then.

5 /5 Christy Poole: Just had my taxs done April was great the hole team was great very friendly and had no issues went in and April and her girls are a great team I will be back next year for sure

1 /5 Redcorn Johnny (frostphase): Highest interest rate of any place around here. Will continuously harrass you. Everytime you go in to make a payment they want you to extend your loan. "Youre eligible for $20 more dollars itll only add 200 more to your loan".
