1 /5 Natalia Brewer: Was considering getting a loan that I would pay back short term but the lady was so rude I honestly changed my mind by the time we got off the phone. I understand that credit history is an important factor to consider when giving out a loan but there’s really no need to be condescending. Phrases like “what’s going on with this?” And “what’s gonna change now” or “and that’s gonna do what” it was so belittling and degrading. I mean she may as well have said “we don’t give out loans to the likes of people like you” I mean the whole idea behind a loan is that I need money I don’t have. That’s the textbook definition of loan. I can take my business elsewhere. No thanks. She was talking to me as if I was asking for money from her own pockets. Girl bye.

1 /5 Life with Mia: I am a person who just got into this whole loan process as I am younger in my twenties. So I called the branch to ask some questions so I could understand how different processes work and the person on the call was rude while I was trying to ask questions to get a better understanding. She was also rude when asking me for either my social security number or account number to pull me up in the system. In my opinion, if you are new to getting loans and have questions to ask, don’t call this branch!

They will understanding to the situation that I was in and they worked swiftly to make sure that I got to learn that I needed to get and they approved it. It was easy. It was simple. It was fast and they are friendly and kind and understanding to delicate situation, I would highly recommend them.

1 /5 Bubba GooF: Do Not go here you will sign your life away. They dont care about helping you even though they act like it. Im stuck with a loan for a car I dont have that i didnt want after 2 days and tried to give the car back to dealer and get the check back from dealer to give to lendmark. Everyday laughed and said it was final. They will harass you the day your payment is due!! Root of all evil!

5 /5 Brianna Smith: Anjelica stayed past closing time to help me close on a loan. She was so nice, very thorough and helpful, also patient as I kept changing my mind on vehicles. She worked very fast and literally within a few hours, I had a new car without any hassle. This is my second time working with Lendmark and I highly recommend them!
