1 /5 Allen Furlong: Allstate stopped sending out monthly statements for my auto policy. I get a statement for my motorcycle each month but not my cars. Called this ageny and was instructed to just send payments for my auto policy directly to the Lee Matthews agency where they have currently lost or not posted my monthly payment three times now. Have had no problem with my motorcycle policy because Allstate sends me a statement. My auto policy payment sent to this agency would come up missing. The next communication I would get is auto policy cancelation notice the day of the cancelation date. Somethings wrong with agency and I dont recommend them. I have moved my three cars and two motorcycles to another company. After thirty five years with Allstate I will never use them again.
