Mark Sands As far as most insurance companies go, ths is a local office that has very good service. On occasions it may take a while to get in to see your agent. But the ladies at the front desk make the time spent waiting at least somewhat bearable.

Kaylee Brice I called the office after hours expecting to leave a voicemail for the following day, and Ethan Sasser answered the phone with an excited and encouraging tone, eager to help me. We compared rates with my old policy and what kind of coverage I am looking for, and he helped me find the perfect one, while thoroughly explaining the coverage in detail- something so many other offices did not want to take the time to do. By the time we hung up, it was almost 3 hours after the office had closed. I appreciate Ethans tenacity and kindness to help me and ensure I am INSURED adequately :) Cannot recommend this company enough!!
