1 /5 Amber Noel: I hired Mr. Sweat to handle my paperwork on a new property deed. Instead, he added the loan guarantee to the deed too. I thought I had made myself clear. That was the most important detail to me! When I tired to contact him after about his mistakes, he was on vacation for weeks. When he returned, his secretary would assure me he would return my call but never did. I had to drive 7 hours from out of state to surprise him unannounced where he denied my calls, seeing me before and even denied ever being at the meeting of my signing. I felt under represented but I was still hopeful he would see to it that my issue would be fixed. The loan guaranteer took time off work from another state to sign and take their name off from the deed when Mr. Sweat refused to admit or correct the mistake himself. He told us to find another attorney, so last minute we had to find another attorney to help us and Im glad we did. The new attorney was happy to help and now everything is how it was supposed to be. I do not recommend trusting Mr. Forrest Sweat, he has a way of removing himself when he doesnt do his job correctly.
