1 /5 Frank N. Liscio III: DO NOT USE, literally use any other title company, they are sloppy, non-communicative and worst of all do not hold themselves accountable. Jack Lance is what is wrong with today’s industry, it’s okay too make mistakes, but not owning up to it and helping the client out after a known mistake. He left me out to dry and very vulnerable too a lawsuit and lost me $35,000. I bought a house in 2020 that he and the real estate company told me their was deeded lake access, went to sell my house this year and the closing title company said immediately there is no deeded access to the lake. Jack Lance did absolutely nothing when I asked him for help and just wanted simple advice. This was a horrible experience and he was caused by complete negligence from someone that specializes in this. Please do not use him there are plenty of other options out there. I attached the photo of the listing when I purchased the house, and again- everyone makes mistakes, not owning up to your mistakes is such a weak character trait and that is why I would steer very clear of this place and person.
