5 /5 K L: Hired Mr.Cowart about a month leading up to a case in Evans County. I requested a consultation and received one quickly. Our initial call was thorough and reassuring. He negotiated for a much reduced “charge” that I was very satisfied with. He seems to have a great rapport with Evans County Court. He is knowledgeable,professional, and fairly priced. His receptionist Makensie was also very responsive. Payment and “paperwork” could be handled online which was convenient for me.
