1 /5 John Lee: Ive left online messages to never be contacted. I figured okay, so the online system doesnt work so I called. Immediately got the vibe that I was an inconvenience for calling to disturb such excellence with my request of representation. I left a message for Cliff to return my call, since he was busy. He never did.. so dont bother these people, they dont want to represent you.

Since then, they’ve been by my side through countless buyer transactions and personal legal matters, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. Cliff is a down-to-earth, respectful attorney who takes his time at closings to make sure clients feel comfortable and fully informed. He answers every question with patience and care, and really makes the process feel calm and personal. Jennifer is amazing at what she does — coordinating every step behind the scenes, always kind and on top of things. She’s truly a blessing to work with. I’ve seen some negative reviews mention delayed responses, and yes — there are times when they may take a little longer to reply. But in my experience, that’s only because they’re consistently busy helping many clients at once. Even so, they always follow through, and I’ve never had a single closing fall apart with them. If you’re looking for a law firm that truly cares and shows up when it matters, I 100% recommend Kirbo Law. They’ve earned my trust over and over again — and they’ll take great care of you too.

3 /5 Katrina Davis: This law firm was used as the closing attorneys for my client’s closing on her first home. The interactions prior to the closing were pleasant. The office was decorated tastefully. The paralegal that handles the real estate side Jennifer Shelton, we never got to meet. Another associate handled the closing. Everything went smooth except the commission being wired to our brokerage. The closing took place at 3 pm on a Friday. We were told the money would be wired first thing Monday morning due to the time. The builder walked out with a check for $60,000 and I had to call on Monday around lunch because the wire had not be executed. The closing instructions and wiring instructions were sent by email 3 weeks prior to closing but Ms. Shelton said she didn’t have them. My brokerage feels she was unprofessional in making sure she had all the necessary information so that all parties could get compensated. The law firm and builder all were compensated on Friday the day of closing. My brokerage received our money on Tuesday 4 days later.

5 /5 Adrian Marquez: Highly recommend this Firm. Mr. Kirbo got me through a situation back in 2017, always on point and always very professional. Great guy and great team. 5 years later, 2022. I needed some paperwork from my case back in 2017 and decided to call the office and explain my situation, thanks to Mrs. Becky within 30 minutes I had what I needed.

2 /5 Brandy Stout: I would not recommend Kirbo Law firm for a Probate matter. I needed an attorney to help me handle a very simple probate case. Not being from the area, I relied on a friend of a friend recommendation. I hired Aurora Kirbo to handle this for me. While the paperwork was eventually filed, I found that Mrs. Kirbo lacked the compassion and empathy necessary to deal with a grieving family member who has never been thru the probate process. She did not keep me updated on the process and did not return phones calls. I had to call the office repeatedly to follow up and get my appointment with the judge scheduled. At the end of my appointment with the judge which was a very emotional day for me, I stood in the hall and waited for her while she stayed in the judges chambers to discuss football. When I had a follow up question after my filing was completed, it took me 3 weeks and 3 messages to get in touch with her and this was only because on my 4th time calling she happened to answer the phone. While to my knowledge the actual legal work was done correctly (hence the generous 2 stars) I would not recommend her or hire her again.
