1 /5 Rach: We had an absolute horrible experience with this man and (HIS WIFE THE PARALEGAL) to getting ripped off of our money when making payments as the website was messing up and wouldn’t except our payments and they told us to make them to them and they would send them to the Courts (they lied) and we found out when we were receiving letters from the courts saying we were behind down to being absolutely careless about one’s situation! We find out from other Attorneys that this is infact Illegal for them to do and that they shouldn’t be excepting any of our payments. I honestly don’t think i’ve ever met two individuals who are so disrespectful & all around terrible at what they do!! At one point in time i had called to tell them about a situation i was having and mentioned my kids and they literally chose to tell me that children are super expensive and that they were actually glad that had NONE and that they have clients having to sleep in their vehicles and or pay the high hotel cost if they couldn’t find another rental home!! This so called “LAW FIRM” disgust me and i wish i would have talked to a few people that i know that had filed previously before we ever took that wrong step forward bc i definitely wouldn’t have chose this firm and i just pray others read all the negative reviews and choose a different route than we did bc if you don’t you WILL REGRET IT. We have also been told to file a complaint with the BBB and report this so it can be posted public as well. If it wasn’t that GOOGLE is making me hit atleast 1 star it would be ZERO STARS FROM US!!

1 /5 Brandy Hullander: I have never in my life someone so insensitive about one’s situation in my life. He and his staff (wife) have an air about themselves that they are better than their clients. In our second year, I asked how we should handle our taxes, Jack proceeded to brow beat me as to how irresponsible “most” people are with their refund. We used our refund to do repairs on our house. When my husband changed careers, we reported it immediately. It was near Christmas time and Jack proceeded to tell us that having children has caused so many people to file bankruptcy so they were extremely happy that he and his wife didn’t have children, as they were a burden. After our bankruptcy was finished Jack made no attempt help show us how to get the title of our vehicle or how to start paying our house payment. Instead, he gave me the name and number of the attorney that our house payment was made to. She was infuriated that she was not contacted by our attorney. I pray that I never have to go into bankruptcy again, but in the event that we do...it will not be Jack Setters...ever.
